                  Q: Why is my My Best Buy® Credit Card being upgraded to the My Best Buy® Visa® Card?
                  A: Because you’re a valued Cardmember, we’re upgrading your Card to include more benefits and increased flexibility. You can still use the My Best Buy® Visa® Card at Best Buy®, plus you can also use it where Visa® is accepted—that’s millions of places worldwide!
                  Q: How can I use the My Best Buy® Visa® Card differently than the My Best Buy® Credit Card?
                  A: Your new My Best Buy® Visa® Card can now be used to purchase gas, groceries or anywhere Visa® is accepted.
                  Q: Can I still use my My Best Buy® Credit Card?
                  A: You may continue to use your current My Best Buy® Credit Card until you receive your new My Best Buy® Visa® Card. Once you receive your new Card, your current Card will no longer be valid and should be destroyed.
                  Q: What happens to my My Best Buy® Credit Card account balance and account number?
                  A: Any existing account balance will be reflected on your My Best Buy® Visa® Card statement and you will be assigned a new account number. If you have a promotional balance, the terms of your promotion, including the expiration, will not change.
                  Q: What changes will be made to my Account Online with Citibank?
                  A: No changes will be made to your Account Online. You can continue to keep track of your account, check your balance, make online payments, and set up alerts using your existing user ID and password.
                  Q: How will my My Best Buy® Visa® Card account be reported to the credit bureaus?
                  A: After you receive your My Best Buy® Visa® Card, your My Best Buy® Credit Card account will be replaced on the credit bureau with the new My Best Buy® Visa® Card account number. Your entire account history and original account open date will remain the same.
                  Q: Will the change to my new My Best Buy® Visa® Card have a negative impact on my credit profile?
                  A: Because the My Best Buy® Visa® Card replaces an existing account on your credit report, it will not change the number of open accounts on your report. But, how you use your credit accounts affects your credit profile, so we can’t say what impact this replacement will have.
                  Q: Will the rewards on my My Best Buy® Credit Card transfer to my new Card?
                  A: Yes. Any rewards you have, as well as your My Best Buy® tier status, will transfer to your new My Best Buy® Visa® Card. You can continue to manage your points at BestBuy.com/CCProfile.
